Zelu Law Firm is licensed to practice law in the PRC only. We do not provide legal services or hold ourselves out as lawyers in any jurisdiction outside the PRC (including Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan, or any foreign country).
Where a matter requires the involvement of lawyers admitted in another jurisdiction — for example, court proceedings, regulatory filings, or transactions in that jurisdiction — we coordinate with vetted partner firms in the relevant jurisdiction to deliver coordinated counsel on behalf of our clients.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
