Zelu Law Firm was founded by Fuyong Yi (梁泉初) in January 2026 to serve the growing demand for reliable, English-speaking legal counsel among foreign businesses, investors, and individuals engaging with China.
Based in Dongguan, in the heart of the Greater Bay Area — China’s manufacturing and innovation hub — we combine deep knowledge of PRC law with practical experience advising international clients across industries.
